I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri with more than 4 years of experience. I have extenseive experience in working with caregivers seeking support and respite, older adults with cognitive disorders, and a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and recovery. I am certified in practicing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and have helped many people through healing from past traumas and impactful experiences.

My therapy style is relaxed and client-driven. I believe that all people deserve and benefit from support, and there is not a "one size fits all approach" for therapy. My therapeutic approach combines strengths based trauma informed, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and motivational interviewing techniques. Throughout our work together I will tailor our time spent together to match your unique needs to provide the most beneficial and effective support for you.

My biggest goal is to empower and assist you in finding the support and healing you may be seeking throughout this journey, I applaud you for taking this first step in developing as an individual.
