Hello!! I am currently a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and am in my third (and hopefully final) year of my doctorate degree. Let’s just say that I have been in school for a LONG time so I completely understand the experience and stress!! I enjoy helping individuals and families navigate current life stressors or challenges, such as parental divorce, changing schools, studying for a stressful exam, and so on. I often feel the need to connect with someone on a deeper level who would really hear what I was saying, without them sharing anything personal in return. My hope is that you will be able to connect with me in the same way. I want you to feel supported and heard in our sessions, especially if you do not have that outside of sessions. Therapy is hard and you need to be able to have trust in the person you reach out to. I am always open to feedback and willing to work hard to build your trust throughout this process.
