Tracy Cirelli is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 25 years of experience within the field of psychotherapy. She serves various adult and geriatric populations from all walks of life. Tracy specializes in the treatment of; trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief and loss, substance abuse, relationship and life transition difficulties, chronic mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Tracy believes that her clients are distinct individuals whom each bring their unique problems and challenges to the therapy setting, therefore customizing therapy interventions to the individual needs of each client, these interventions may include; Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Socratic Questioning, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Strategic Relapse Prevention. Tracy is passionate about developing a collaborative working relationship with her clients, assisting them in identifying their strengths and goals, and providing the guidance and tools necessary for them to live their best life. Furthermore, Tracy is highly sensitive to the concerns and apprehensions of the clients new to the therapy process. In her spare time Tracy enjoys spending time in the outdoors, hiking, kayaking and road tripping and exploring the beaches of Sunny Florida.
