I am licensed in Florida with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. In addition, I am an experienced yoga and meditation teacher and a trained EMDR therapist. We can incorporate these healing modalities into your treatment if you would like. Together, we will work to a create treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Please rest assured that I provide a judgment-free space, treating each client with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
