I am a licensed clinical social worker with 9 years of experience in the profession. My therapy style is warm, judgment-free and client-centered. In your sessions with me you can expect to be treated with care and respect. My therapeutic approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral with some elements of dialectic-behavior therapy as well. My aim is to be an empathetic support for you and help you identify and work toward goals that are important to you.

From dealing with interpersonal struggles, to juggling challenges at work, to coping with heartbreaking news stories, life can feel so overwhelming. I will work with you to help you stay grounded in the present, identify thought patterns and beliefs that do not serve you, and use strategies to provide relief from negative emotions.
