"Hi, I am Emily Daniel and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed professional counselor. I work with couples or families in conflict that need help breaking down barriers in communication, the goal would be to work as a unit to overcome obstacles and break unhealthy patterns. I am able to help individuals in the same way to overcome the obstacles that are in the way of their wellness. I work with families and couples to find common ground and open up lines of communication. I help them find ways to connect and break cycles. I use a lot of strength building and mindfulness to help clients move past stress, and emotions that tend to close down our ability to be present.
