I am a Licenced Professional Counselor in Texas with 5 years of experience in both mental health hospitals and private practice. I have worked with extensive trauma and abuse with sex trafficking victims as well as depression, anxiety, divorce recovery, grief and abuse recovery from childhood. My goal in counseling is to assist clients with interpersonal well-being and achieving a better quality of life. I see people holistically, and help clients work toward their goals of cognitive, emotional, and spiritual health.

I am an active counselor that will work with you to determine the coping skills that will work best for you. My style is engaging and interactive while maintaining sensitivity and compassion.
