Are old wounds and past trauma resurfacing? Is your marriage and other important relationships in your life in trouble? I want to help you restore your mental health and your broken relationships. I am well versed in collaborating with clients in the most challenging times in their lives. I want to help you find meaning and comfort when life stops making sense. I use various interaction methods and techniques, including CBT, cognitive restructuring, grief and bereavement, and Christian Counseling. Our time together will be collaborative, filled with empathy and compassion. I am passionate about creating an environment that is judgment-free, uplifting, and filled with humor. Sometimes laughter is the best medicine. I am excited about walking alongside you as you journey towards peace and wholeness. My experience includes working with clients suffering from childhood and adult trauma, substance abuse, and marital problems. I earned my MS in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack College, and I am a certified pre-marital counselor, a wife of 15 years, and a mother to a 5-year-old. I hold a limited permit in Mental Health Counseling in New York State. I look forward to seeing you soon!
