Hi! I'm Liz (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in the state of Florida. I've lived in Illinois, Maryland, Washington DC, and Florida. I have worked with clients with complex medical histories in both home and medical settings. Most of my work has been in Hospice and Palliative Care providing therapy to both clients and their families. Through this practice I have utilized Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solutions Focused Therapy. I have assisted people in processing grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and caregiving issues. Through my work, I have had the pleasure of working with people of all races, genders, sexual orientations, and religions.

My counseling style can best be described as meeting you where you are at. My goal is to combine my skill set with your strengths and to serve as a "flashlight" to help you see the strengths you already have. There is no "one size fits all" approach, but instead catered to what you need. I am affirming of queer folks and trans, believe Black lives matter, and believe that all people deserve a seat at the table. It takes courage and strength to seek out help; and I am excited to get to work with you!
