Liz has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for close to twenty years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University and a Master of Counseling and Guidance from Louisiana Tech University. She has many years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, divorce, self-esteem, parenting, stress management, interpersonal relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Liz uses an integrative approach, tailoring treatment services to meet the client and family’s needs and clinical presentation. Liz finds joy and purpose in working with people in crisis and is driven to create a safe and non-threatening atmosphere where children, teens, and families can tackle difficult situations, communicate freely, and heal. Liz is licensed in both Georgia and Louisiana and is a Certified Professional Counseling Supervisor as well as a Certified School Counselor in Georgia.
