I have worked with families, couples, and individuals in various settings for over past 35 years, worked in a Behavioral Health Hospital, a University Counseling Department, and have had my own private practice since 2003. I believe we all deserve to live as fully as possible, and sometimes we just need a boost to get us going in the right direction when we feel stuck. Covid has been like glue for many of us, sticking us in an isolated rut! It's almost as if we have been living in a Time Warp Machine. Each day seems to drag by, but the months fly by! Now that we can move about more readily, it seems scary! And we ask ourselves if we really are who we thought we were before! And where am I going now??
