I am Licensed Professional Counseling with over 12 years of experience. I am licensed in the state of Alabama and I currently own and operate a private practice in Huntsville, Alabama. I received my Master's Degree from the University of South Alabama, and my undergraduate degree from Jacksonville State University. I have ample experience working with individuals with addictions to substances as well as behavioral addictions such as sex and pornography. I am also certified as a Sex Offender Treatment Provider.

My counseling style is quite eclectic. I am outgoing, a little odd, nerdy, and I think out-loud in session. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, along with Mindfulness in my practices. I believe that everyone is worthy of respect and I am passionate about helping people. I believe that one of the most influential forces in therapy is the therapeutic relationship and I take it very seriously.
