I am a therapist who will meet you where you are. As a licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience, I will assist you in gaining insight that will help empower you to bring about positive changes you would like to see in your life. I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. Together we will look at your life experiences and gain insight into how they have affected who you are today. With insight comes the ability to bring change and have emotional freedom. I will work with you to help you identify the barriers, past negative belief systems, poor coping skills, and learned behavior which might be negatively affecting your life and the choices you make. My goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate environment to work towards your goals. I offer telehealth sessions that enable you to be in the comfort of your home. I use a variety of modalities to fit your needs. I specialize in substance abuse, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, LGBTQ, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia but not limited to these areas. Change can be challenging and even painful at times, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to help.
