I have been a practicing Marriage & Family Therapist since 2010. I have experience with individual, group, Family, couples, adolescents , adults and older communities . I touch on Anxiety, depression, personality disorders, addiction, trauma, as well as big life decisions in general.
I have worked both in latin america and the US and I am fluent in both Spanish and English. I work best in developing motivation for change, by developing trust as well as the client developing trust in themselves.
I consider myself eclectic regarding therapeutic methods. I am experienced with multiple therapeutic models CBT, DBT, Solution focused, Narrative, Gestalt, Psychodrama, just to name a few.
