Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor in the state of Louisiana. I have been practicing in the mental health field for the past 13 years. Throughout my training and later as a licensed clinician, I have worked in a variety of settings and with a variety of people, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have provided counseling services to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, and trauma.

It is my goal with each individual to build a strong therapeutic relationship where the client can feel accepted for who they are, empathy, genuineness, and safety to explore their most challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My typical theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I also believe that it is necessary, at times, to draw from other orientations and therapies in order to provide the best care possible for my clients.

It takes courage and strength to reach out for help from others and I will do my best to ensure that you receive the individualized care that you are seeking. I look forward to helping and working with you to reach your goals!
