I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds and a wide range of mental health diagnoses. I have also helped many people who have experienced trauma. My therapy style is interactive. I believe in meeting clients where they are rather than preparing my own ideas of what the sessions should be centered around. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and motivational therapy.
