About

I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Missouri for 3 years after 5+ years of case management experience. I have worked with adults in a community based program and youth/adolescents in both a community based program and a residential setting. I have worked with clients who present with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, ODD, PTSD, self-harm, suicidal/homicidal ideations, and ADHD. I have successfully worked with clients who have experienced all types of trauma including sexual, physical, emotional, and secondary.

My counseling style is welcoming, laid back, and accepting. I believe in therapy being an open forum to assist my clients to becoming the best version of themselves. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, DBT, and trauma-informed interventions to best suit each individuals' needs. I try to focus on strength-based approaches that are truly evidenced based. I treat each client independently and uniquely to best serve each individual.
