Hello my name is Eleasha Moore and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), who also is a proud Air Force Veteran. My professional and personal life experiences, coupled together make make me a solid counselor. I like to utilize an array of therapeutic practices based on the needs of the client. This included but not limited to CBT (cognitive behavior), Psychodynamic, Narrative therapy and moment of just basic Talk therapy to just name a few. The reality is most clients have the answers within themselves and it important for me as therapist to allow the client to find these answers and this can call for some “unpacking” to see things clearly.
