Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I enjoy working with a wide range of client populations, ages 13-60+ years old. I have aided many individuals with wide variations of concerns and issues. Some of the most common I have worked with are in the areas of post- traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to help client’s process emotions, thoughts, and beliefs in order to reduce stress and develop proper coping skills and resources to reach their desired goal.

My counseling and therapy style is personal and compassionate, I believe the client is the driver of their own treatment and I am there to help them achieve those goals in the most comforting environment possible. I believe in treating everyone with respect no matter their background, condition, ethnic, cultural, or religious background. Many problem areas I work on are intense and emotional, with the right support we can overcome these areas and develop the skills for you to live the life that you would like to.

You have taken the important first step of seeking help for whatever issue you are experiencing, for many this is the most difficult step. I encourage you to continue into therapeutic process even if you do not choose me to help. You can accomplish the goals you set through counseling and may discover more along the way.
