Hi! I'm Dr. Will Means, Psy.D, LMFT, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. My specialty areas include: addictions, PTSD, grief/loss issues, anxiety, depression, relationships, domestic violence, communication, and parenting. I utilize several therapeutic methods for healing & personal growth such as: Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Family Systems therapy, Humanistic therapy, Psychoeducation, Guided Imagery, Addiction Recovery, and Christian counseling. I have over 30 years’ experience as a clinician, both inpatient & outpatient, in mental health centers across the state. As a Graduate School professor, I was awarded the distinction of being ‘Outstanding Faculty of Counseling & Human Services'. I am also an ordained minister who can provide Biblical/Christian, Faith-Based counseling. I have been happily married for over 33 years and have a wonderful millennial daughter who keeps me aware of young peoples issues in todays world. I was a high school dropout and didn't start college until I was nearly 40 years of age. I'm just a regular guy who stopped using drugs and alcohol over 30 years ago, that's when my life changed for the better. Yours can too! I am compassionate and non-judgmental.
