I am a licensed professional counselor from Kennesaw, Georgia. In 2019, I obtained my Ed.D. in Professional Counseling and Supervision from the University of West Georgia. I would consider my areas of expertise to include working with young adults with issues concerning anxiety, depression, self-worth, ADHD, career counseling, and family therapy. When working with clients, I utilize a CBT approach with eclectic therapeutic techniques to provide them with a system that works best for them. I believe therapy needs to be a collaborative effort, and I work jointly with my clients to get them to a place where they feel good about themselves and the future.
