I have experience and acquired skills to work with clients by providing psychological services to enhance social and emotional well-being. As a mental health provider for over twenty-one years, I have extensive experience in both public education and clinical settings. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, middle age, and older adults. Just a few areas that I assist clients include anxiety, career exploration, depression, grief & loss, LGBTQ, men’s issues, relationship concerns, and stress management. I have knowledge in mental health, human behavior, consultation services, academic and behavioral interventions, and psychological assessment. In addition, I conduct individual counseling, group counseling, and consultation services. I provide individuals with appropriate coping strategies and talk therapy using a variety of techniques to help provide solutions to those in need. I customize treatment plans for individuals using a wide variety of counseling modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focus Therapy.
