I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Approved Supervisor and have been working in the healthcare profession for over 25 years. Moreover, I have worked as a professional counselor for over 15 years. Over the years, I have helped my clients to become whole, more well rounded and empowered to work through life issues. My client experience range from overcoming loss and grief, work life/career issues , self-worth/isolation, relationships, performance issues to anxiety.

My counseling style is empowering and solution based. I believe that everyone is in control of his or her life and sometimes need a little guidance to process his or her issues. Helping a client reach their full potential, new heights, overcome barriers, and preventing optimal living is my goal throughout the counseling process. Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed and if I can help you to get there I am here to help you.
