Howdy! My name is Michelle and I’m a licensed professional counselor in Texas. I have my bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas A&M University. I then completed my master's degree at the University of St. Thomas. I have a background working in residential treatment facilities with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I take a person-centered approach with my clients and believe that everyone deserves respect and a safe place to explore and grow as individuals. I firmly believe that people must first accept where they are in order to create change. I also incorporate both CBT and DBT skills in my practice with clients.
