Hello, I’m Olivia. Do you feel overwhelmed by stress at work, home, or in relationships? Do you feel you have lost motivation and are not living up to your potential? Are you ready to restore hope and experience a sense of joy and accomplishment again? I help people close the gap between the life they have and the life they want. I work with adults whose emotional experiences, such as sadness, anxiety, grief, and loneliness, are interfering with their quality of life. We take a motivational interviewing approach in therapy to strengthen your own motivation and commitment to change. This involves identifying your values and considering whether and how you might make changes to live more consistently with your values. Perhaps you want to learn practical and healthy ways of coping with stress or navigating complex interpersonal relationships.
