About
In graduate school, my clinical training was focused on children, adolescents, couples, and families as I was very interested in development and how the systems in our lives impact our choices and perspectives. My clients came to therapy with a variety of issues including life cycle transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I completed my post-doctoral studies at Catholic Charities of Denver where I was able to incorporate spirituality into therapy. My clients ranged in age from 3 - 80 years old and I worked with individuals, couples, and families. It was a wonderful opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds. I have also studied attachment family therapy and I am currently working on Internal Family Systems.
