Hello, my name is Katrina Luke and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have experience working in the counseling field for over 10 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, codependent behaviors, ADHD, family conflict. As a counselor, I feel that it is extremely important to build a good rapport with my clients and establish a safe and warm environment. My counseling approach is more of an integrative model. These approaches consist of cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, person-centered. I feel that it is important to take into consideration the uniqueness of my clients therefore; I tailor my techniques and treatment to meet their specific needs.
