I have served in the helping profession for over a decade. Years of work in the field has informed the belief that the helping profession is most effective through collaborative and eclectic approaches to treatment. My goal is to create a respectful and encouraging environment to collaboratively work towards increasing awareness and skills development, helping clients of all ages work through difficult problems, relationship issues and life transitions. My approach is to examine a client’s entire life (i.e. social, family, personal beliefs, and environment) to develop and maximize clients individual strengths.
