I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience working in behavioral health. I have worked with those reporting challenges related to depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, life adjustments, acute and prolonged stress, and career/family/academic concerns.

My approach includes curiosity, warmth, respect, and empathy and I work from an integrative perspective, leveraging positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapy.
