I demonstrate care for the client as a whole person, recognizing and dealing with physical, social, mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. I believe that mental health problems can be traced to an individual's unrealistic expectations, misplaced dependencies, and self-defeating beliefs and behaviors. The nurturing and supportive counseling environment will help guide the client to develop sound coping skills and values to provide help and hope among the inevitable problems and disappointments in life. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and confidential care to my clients.
