I specialize in working with women experiencing relational difficulties due to postpartum depression / anxiety. I also work with individuals who struggle with low self esteem, finding themselves due to life transition, grief / loss, and individuals who are exploring their sexuality. I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy however, I use various mindfulness methods in conjunction to art therapy, and writings in sessions all catered to each unique individual. I believe it is important help create a safe space to foster the exploration of your story, to help you live an independent happy life.
