I am very glad you are looking for support through therapy. I specialize in children and adolescent behavioral health and would love to provide children and teens with the skills they will be able to use for the rest of their lives. I use a cognitive behavioral approach, which means I look at how our thoughts, and emotions affect our behaviors. Sometimes it feels like one of the areas has control over us, so finding ways to manage our thinking, feeling and behavior is very key to a well life. I find that all areas of life are important to emotional well being, so I look for ways to incorporate spiritual, physical, and relationship wellness in my work with clients. Teens need special support in feeling well, in a time when things feel off balance and out of control. I look forward to supporting you and your child/teen through every day issues.
