Hello. My name is Dr. Donna, and I am a licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. I am a native northerner currently residing in the south. I think that blend affords me the ability to see situations from a variety of perspectives. This ability to perspective take is quite beneficial when helping others to achieve their personal and professional goals! I am clinically trained as a cognitive behavioral therapist, though I understand and value the importance of developing a positive client/therapist relationship. Through the use of relationship and a focus on goal-setting, I use a variety of strategies and tools to assist clients with achieving breakthrough in areas that may have previously frustrated them. Taking that first step to seek a therapist can be a scary one, but know that you won't be alone throughout your therapeutic journey to healing, self-discovery, and emotional/psychological relief.
