I will provide a safe space for you to self-reflect, I show compassion & no judgment, & provide education on how to build an individualized, and unique plan based on your personal goals and needs. Finding help can be hard, but I am here to help you gain the knowledge, & understanding, to make the changes best for you, whether that is through therapeutic services, medication management, psychedelic therapy (Spravato) to patients suffering from treatment-resistant?depression, or TMS evaluations for those struggling with depression &/or OCD.
