When you and I meet, you will be met with warmth, safety, and a nonjudgmental environment. I strive to meet my clients where they are in their journey towards healing and self-improvement while developing an empathic understanding of their unique needs. Through a strong therapeutic alliance, I help adults, teens, children, families, and couples to develop more insight and self-awareness as well as coping skills that will be most effective for them to manage their symptoms. Common issues that I treat include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, intrusive thoughts, anger problems, codependency/personal boundary issues, and interpersonal distress. I have a special interest in parent-child relationships and hope to help parents improve overall family functioning and satisfaction through education and parent-coaching.
