We're all struggling in an uncertain world. Life is messy, but I can help you clean it up. Psychotherapy improves emotional wellness, relationships, and connectivity to your higher power. I believe in holistic wellness and treating the whole person. My specialties include eating disorders, bipolar disorder, depression/anxiety, trauma/PTSD, highly sensitive people (HSP) & empaths. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to help you meet your goals. Treatment is packaged with mindful compassion, thoughtfulness, and intentionality.
