Hello and welcome to the next chapter of your life. That's where I am, in my next chapter and I am willing to share all my wisdom, expertise, and skills acquired along this journey. I have over 14 years experience in helping individuals reach their goals of self-actualization, eliminate poor habits, become successful at different aspects of their lives and even achieve some of their goals. I have worked as a life coach and a professional counselor in many aspects of mental health: private practice, non-profits, substance abuse and others. However, in this new chapter of my life, I am focusing on assisting clients who want to deal with life transitions: job changes, family dynamics and the results of living through a year of the COVID-19 pandemic. This terrible pandemic has created trauma, crisis and life problems for us all. If you need to talk about the feelings of depression, anxiety, fatigue, uncertainty, fear and grief, I am here to help.
