I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a specialty in neuropsychology, and health service provider, in Indiana with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, social isolation, ADHD and executive or organizational difficulties, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem and confidence. I use an evidenced-based approach which combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and/or mindfulness-based techniques.
