Hi! My name is Lauren and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana with 12 years of professional work experience. I’m so proud of you for reaching out for therapy I can’t wait for us to work together. I am here to help you have the life you have always wanted! Difficult experiences in life can bring up a lot of feelings, it can be hard to know what to do. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. With compassion and honesty, I will help you to work through issues while identifying your inner strengths to be a happier and healthier version of you.
