As your therapist my goal is to empower you to overcome your personal obstacles to improve your situation, relationships, and feelings towards yourself.

I graduated from Argosy University in 2008 with a Masters in Clinical Counseling and obtained my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California and later in Texas. With 10 years of experience working with teens, families and young adults from all walks of life I can help you to accomplish your goals in therapy using a Person Centered and Solution Focused Brief therapy approach. I have a warm, caring and non-judgemental approach towards my patients and work collaboratively with them to identify what is truly bothering them and creating goals to overcome those obstacles.

I've worked with hundreds of clients who struggle with stress, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, parenting, and difficult life transitions. I have worked in a variety of settings from hospitals to clinics to homes and schools. I approach each client as a unique individual with their own personal struggles. I will work collaboratively with you to achieve your goals in therapy and in life.
