I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas. I have over 25 years of counseling experience with anxiety, spiritual issues, depression, life stressors, couples counseling, family and relationship issues, grief, military transitions, and adult ADHD. I utilize client centered cognitive based and mental health integrative medicine approaches toward helping clients meet goals. I am compassionate and truly listen and care about you and your concerns.
