Welcome,

It's an honor to join you on your wellness journey. My name is Donzell Lampkins. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Illinois and Iowa. I have over 3 years of post-MSW experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of mental health challenges, life changes and adjustments, managing chronic health conditions, and conflict resolution within interpersonal relationships. I'm particularly passionate about working with couples and families, as well as helping individuals increase their paternal mental health, self-esteem, body image, healthy boundaries, decisiveness, and career/education satisfaction.

I am a very approachable and empathetic therapist that believes in utilizing a client-centered approach in each session. I work collaboratively with you to determine the best treatment approach as well as topics discussed in each session. As such, that may include therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, prolonged exposure, just to name a few. It may also include complementary treatments like meditation, yoga, singing bowls, and aroma therapy.
