About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with sixteen years of experience. I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics and residential programs, and a jail diversion program. I have worked with a wide range of concerns such as Addictive Behaviors, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma, Family Life Changes, and relationship problems. I have a Theology Certificate and also provide Christian Counseling. When I am not counseling clients, I work part time as a Youth Minister.

I meet people where they are at in life and help them with their struggles. We will work together to see what is the best solution. The therapeutic relationship is what fosters growth in healing. My counseling style is warm, compassionate and interactive. The therapy models I am most expereinced in is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behaivoral Therapy, Narrative and Internal Family Systems.
