Williams I am a Licensed Clinical Social Workers with experience working with adults struggling with mood, thought, behavioral, trauma, and substance use disorders. My work has been rooted in the belief that our past experiences and struggles provide insight into who we are today while giving us the ability to control our future. Using a cognitive, psychodynamic, strength-based approach, I will encourage you to challenge negative perceptions of self, others, and the world. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe space to explore all dynamics of life, equip with you with self-awareness and coping skills to face obstacles, and empower you to be your best self in the future.
