I am a licensed professional counselor. I have experience working with individuals, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have extensive experience helping clients with anxiety and depression. I also have assisted many couple in healing their relationships. I strive to make the therapeutic relationship non-threatening, calm and comfortable for my client. Together, we will explore your concerns, learn from your past and develop strategies to make you feel more confident and in control of your life.
