Hi. My name is Donna and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor and I have over 7 years of experience providing therapy services. I also have a lot of life experience.

I know life can be hard. Maybe you're feeling stressed, anxious and depressed. Maybe you’re in a bad relationship or caring for others and putting yourself last. Maybe you’re using alcohol or drugs to try and feel better, to escape from it all. I've been there, it didn’t work. You may be asking yourself “Where do I start?” Sometimes we feel like we’ve lost our way, and wanting to feel confident again, to reconnect with our interests and passions. Maybe you want to find meaning and purpose in your life.

Everyone deserves to slow down, connect, and heal. Therapy does that. You can fully show up, break down, and rebuild yourself here. There’s space for all of it. The process may be tough. But recognizing your strength and gaining insight will help change how you engage with yourself and others, and how you move through the world. You are worth the work.
