I am a License Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience working at various settings and agencies. I have worked with a wide range of issues using cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and psycho-dynamic approaches. I work primarily with adult men and women who are struggling with addictions, depression, anxiety, and other life stressors.
My style is relaxed and laid- back. I try to provide a safe atmosphere where individuals feel comfortable to explore their issues, and make positive life changes. If you are in a place to work toward better self care, I would be privileged to try and help.
