I have an undergraduate degree in sociology and political science which lends me insight into systemic struggles and cultural challenges. My master’s degree in Counseling Psychology was geared towards learning and understanding alternative therapies including animal assisted therapy, adventure therapy, and eco therapy. I believe strongly in the power of reconnecting to the outdoors and listening to our bodies as a way to connect to our mental health.
