Hi! My name is Renee I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working in the field for over 10 years. I obtained my Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2013, and began working in various clinical settings. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Attachment Therapy and Systems work. I believe that therapy is away for a person to open up parts of ourselves in order to work on the inner layers of self. My experience includes working with cases involving severe trauma, addictions, family conflict, depression, anxiety, as well as other stress and adoption/foster care related issues. Whatever you may be experiencing you have made the first step in seeing out support. Together we can work on strategies that can aid you in gaining insight into your life.
