Hi my name is Marna and I am Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, with 6 years of professional work experience. Making the decision to start therapy is an act of self-care, and takes courage. Way to go! I believe that it is possible to decrease suffering, create meaningful living and heal from trauma and other life distressing life events.

I have experience using evidence-based approaches to help clients with stress and anxiety, mood disorder such as depression and bipolar disorder, personality disorders, self esteem needs and codependency.

My approach includes teaching coping skills that will target specific symptoms and addressing the triggers and any unresolved emotional pain that may be impacting you.
